Yes, you heard it right! While traveling, Anurag Kashyap on an airport lost the bag that had the script of GOW. He spent almost 2 days at the airport, waiting for the airlines to find his script. Of course, they found it later! Rest is history!
2. Be Who You Want To Be!
Anurag Kashyap read out the character of Ramadhir Singh & Nasir Chacha to Tigmanshu Dhulia & Piyush Mishra. He then asked them to decide among themselves to select which character they want to be. Just imagine the difference if the roles were interchanged!
3. Guess Who Was Assistant Director To Anurag Kashyap For This Movie?

Faizal Khan (Nawazuddin Siddiqui) was killed by his son Definite (Zeeshan Quadri) in the movie. But in real life, Faizal Khan,(real name Faheem Khan) is pretty much alive & locked up in a jail in Dhanbad.

Aditya Kumar, came to Anurag Kashyap to give him any role. Kashyap asked him to first learn how to chew a blade. Aditya Kumar literally learned it & came back to Kashyap one year later. And that’s how ‘Perpendicular’ was born.
