As expected the dream run for Kick has continued and on Sunday, July 27, 2014 the film has managed to collected about Rs 30.18 crore nett at the Indian Box Office making the total of Rs. 83.83 crore nett at the end of its first weekend.
Kick was released in around four thousand plus screens in India and with increased ticket price, the film has proved to be a great draw at the Box Office.
Kick missed entering the 100 crore club in its opening weekend, a feat earlier achieved by Salman Khan’s Ek Tha Tiger.
With Eid on Tuesday, July 30, 2014 the film is expected to have a bumper re-opening and it looks like by the end of Tuesday the film shall enter the 100 crore club.
Kick has been directed by Sajid Nadiadwala and stars Salman Khan, Jacqueline Fernandez, Randeep Hooda, Mithun Chakraborthy and Nawazuddin Siddiqui.
August 08, 2014, will see the release of Akshay Kumar’s Entertainment. Now this film is not carrying a good pre-release buzz and may not prove to be a threat to Kick but the following week; August 15, 2014 will see Ajay Devgn’s Singham Returns hit the screens and this one would surly give Kick the run for its money.
