Yash Sinha, is one talent you cannot ignore. He has always stood out it which ever role he has essayed, even though he does not have a huge body of work behind him. Guess for him quality supersedes quantity.
One saw him in Teen Bahuraaniyaan as Rohit Gheewala on Zee TV, but then it was the character of Vimlesh Sinha in Bhagyavidhaata that made everyone take notice of him.
Even though he was not the main lead of Bhagyavidhaata, which aired on Colors, he left a lasting impression on the viewers and went on to prove the fact that it’s not about the length of the role that matters.
What actually surprised me was when he decided to take part in Nach Baliye Season 6. The usually media shy Yash finally came out to actually expressing his feeling opening.
Currently one can catch him on Code Red, giving voice to all the unheard tales of brutal crimes against women and children.
Once again you can see the sincerity with which Yash is essaying his part in a show which acts as an enabler of change to give hope and voice to those who are on the verge of giving up on life.
He is donning the hat of a reporter whose aim is to engage in a race against time to uncover the circumstances that led to the heinous crimes.
To get into the skin of the character, Yash Sinha spent a couple of days trailing a crime journalist to understand his mannerisms and lifestyle.
He has a very personal connect with the cause that he is working with for Code Red. Unknown to many, Yash’s mother heads an NGO in Bihar called Masses which works towards the upliftment of women and his aunt is a teacher in a blind school in Ranchi.
Code Red, for him, is an appeal to the society at large to better the living conditions and take a stand against the increasing adversities which are a cause for concern for the entire nation.
Here’s wishing Yash all the best for a great future ahead.
