With the introduction of Darr Ka Ghar in Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi Season 6, the makers have incorporated a lot of horror themes to the house, which seem really forced and juvenile.
The show looks scripted from the word go and it seems that they are trying to created drama in a show that more to do with stunts. Sad but true!!
What’s amazing is the fact that there is too much of Sana Khan. She is scared of everything, but when it comes to performing the stunts, she is all set. Now that’s really contradicting her stand. Is she here to act or is she here to participate in a show. Need clarity on this one.
Siddharth Bhardwaj is another contestant who is giving Sana Khan competition in terms of creating drama. Both have been ex-Bigg Boss contestants and are playing to the cameras, something that looks forced and wannabe.
The stunts which are introduced are hair-raising and exciting. Apart from all the creepy stunts, the makers, with the help of Rohit Shetty, have introduced newer stunts which are fun to watch but then the irony is they look too staged and forced.
What’s even more funny is the fact that in the first episode itself, Rohit Shetty has made it clear that if someone has to become a hero, then they can prove it in the stunts and not by raising their voice or by creating drama. Now is he presuming that something like this will happen or has he been told by the makes that such situations have been planted and are bound to happen. Oops!!
This is the second season that Rohit Shetty is hosting and I can confidently say that he is the only draw to the show or else there is nothing to look forward to.
Yes, Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi Season 6 may open well on trp’s as it has a lineage but then sustaining a good viewership would be a tall order.
Over to you guys!!
Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi is in it's sixth season and this one seems to be the most disappointing one in terms of the line-up of contestants. ...1.5
