Days after he has been declared the winner of Bigg Boss 8, all one has got to hear statements like, Karishma Tanna is not happy with my win; Pritam Singh should not have said that there was a PR machinery that was set up by my brother, smooching Diandra Soares was a mistake and much more.
I am sure most of you, would have read these statements by now, most of you would have even agreed to what Gautam had to say, but I have a different take on this.
Who the right frame of mind likes to lose; even if his brother had set up a PR machinery, I do not see anything wrong in doing what he did because it was a chance of a lifetime and one had to do all that one could, so why feel shy about it and project a holier than thou image.
One should applaud his brother for doing what he did. I feel its commendable.
Gautam always stated that he was not there for money like the rest of the house mates; well I would like to ask him one question, if that was the case why has he not even once announced that he would like to donate some of his winning prize money to charity. I am appalled with all the double standards that people have.
Also it was really sad is to see the video message that our esteemed winner has posted on social media. In the message he clearly states that he never got love or support within the Bigg Boss 8 house but is thankful to his fans for loving and supporting him.
Oops!! Now this one really hurts, cause what was Diandra and Puneet Issar doing in the house. Just to refresh everyone’s memory, both Diandra and Puneet supported Gautam through and through.
Also Pritam and Praneet, did support Gautam to a large extent but then no one was there for charity, everyone was out there to win, so big deal.
According to me, a successful person is one who is humble, giving and forthright; qualities that I do not see in Gautam Gulati.
At the end of it, all I would want to say is that there is nothing in this life that can destroy you but yourself. So get a hold of yourself, have fun and do whatever you want to do!!
Here’s wishing each and every contestant of Bigg Boss 8 all the best for a great future ahead.
