This filth instalment of the Mission: Impossible series returns with all it’s usual tricks and how can we forget Tom Cruise.
“I’m excited to share the first footage for Mission: Impossible Rogue Nation with you.” tweeted the actor.
In this one, we have Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) doing all that he is famous for, showing is sexy bare torso, driving a bike, a car and hold your breath hanging off the side of a plane as it takes off.
One also gets a glimpse of Ethan Hunt scaling through Dubai’s Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building to the friendly skies in the first trailer.
Mission: Impossible 5, has been officially titled Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation, a reference to a shadowy cabal of anti-IMF agents known as the Syndicate who Tom Cruise, as Ethan Hunt, seeks to destroy.
The choice of title is an interesting one, as it shares a key word with the Star Wars spin-off film, Rogue One.
According to a leading website, Paramount Pictures cleared the title with the Motion Picture Association Of America some time ago.
The studio then worked out a deal with Disney, which controls the Star Wars franchise, which means that Disney will hold back from referring to Rogue One this summer to avoid any confusion between the two titles.
The film stars Tom Cruise, Jeremy Renner, Simon Pegg, Ving Rhames, Sean Harris, Rebecca Ferguson, Alec Baldwin, Simon McBurney and Zhang Jingchu.
The fifth edition is being directed by Christopher McQuarrie, the story is by Bruce Geller and the screenplay has been penned by Drew Pearce.
Mission: Impossible 5 was originally slated to debut in December 2015, but Paramount Pictures moved the release forward by five months, from Christmas to July 31, 2015.
Here’s wishing team Mission: Impossible 5 all the best.
