The premiere episode was engaging and had loads of highs. One has to give credit to the makers to have put this show at a time slot that justifies it’s content.
The first segment of The Late Late Show With James Corden established James Corden as a self-effacing, humble, guy next door, someone who will grow as the days pass by.
The guests on the first episodes were, Mila Kunis and Tom Hanks, and you will have to give it to James Corden for bringing out the best in both.
One of the highs of the show was when James Corden almost made Mila Kunis confirm that she could be married to Ashton Kutcher.
The couple has been the subject of intense speculation about their relationship, with many guessing they had tied the knot after Ashton Kutcher signed a happy new year message The Kutchers in January 2015.
Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher are parents to five month old daughter Wyatt, and she also chatted about how motherhood has changed her.
James Corden and Tom Hanks did a retrospective of his film career in front a green screen, changing costume pieces and wigs to great comic effect, with the actor rattling off many of his trademark film quotes. Something that brought back a lot of memories.
Coming to the host, James Corden, well he was on his toes throughout the show and the way he conducted the entire show made it fun viewing.
He was funny, spontaneous and warm; a quality that’s a must for any host.
With the The Late Late Show With James Corden, CBS along with James Corden deserves credit for putting up a show like this.
