Nick Jonas has sold his swanky Hollywood Hills Spanish style mansion, where he stayed for about eighteen months for a whopping $3.4 million, making about $200,000 more than when he paid for it in November 2013.
Apparently, Nick Jonas has made a decent profit on the property, built in 1938, that he had listed in February 2015 for $3.6 million.
The villa that comprised of about four bedroom, five bathroom, a hidden pool surrounded by flagstones, lush gardens, stunning city views and sits on a knoll above the Sunset Strip.
The interior features a large open living room with a wood burning fireplace and a grand piano plus a formal dining room that’s perfect for entertaining.
Nick Jonas, who is in a relationship with former Miss Universe Olivia Culpo split from his bandmates, the Jonas Brothers in the year 2013.The singer, songwriter and actor, is set to appear in Fox’s comedy – horror television series Scream Queens in the fall and also has a recurring role on CBS’s Hawaii Five-O.
He also stars as an up and coming mixed martial arts fighter in the series Kingdom on DirecTV’s Audience Channel.
He kept his singing skills honed with a live performance as part of the Hilton@PLAY concert series, exclusively on Periscope, Twitter’s live streaming video service.
This marked the first time an entire live concert to be broadcast via Twitter and Periscope. This special live performance took place at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, Texas, the second concert in the Hilton@PLAY concert series.
