Men In Black: International revolves around Agent H (Chris Hemsworth) and Agent M (Tessa Thompson) and their quest to save the world from alien destruction. The film is mainly set in London but has the agents roaming the world.
Agent H is a high ranked officer who once saved the world from a deadly alien attack but is now not as great as before. Agent M met an alien in her childhood and now wants to be part of the organization that interacts with them. Though their stories seem interesting, the film is cliché and predictable.
One of the plus points of the film is that it is not too lengthy. MIB: International is a visual treat with amazing action scenes, alien looks and outer space scenes.
The magic of the series is missing as the film falls low in living up to the level of the earlier film. Chris and Tessa attempt to recreate the chemistry they shared in Thor but fail. They are good but if more attention was given to the script and their characters, it would have been better. Liam Neeson and Emma Thompson are underused.
We give the film 2 stars with half more for Pawny and his comedy.
