In the book she says in an entry dated August 13, 2014: “I sat down with my husband, Michael Bellingham and Professor Stebbing, my oncologist and announced; The time has come to cease and desist. I would love to make one more Christmas, if possible, but I want to stop taking chemo around November 2014 in order to pass away by the end of January 2015.”

That said, nothing’s going to stop me coming back next year, and I can’t wait to be A Passionate Woman.” she had stated then.

The said part is Lynda Bellingham could never return to being a A Passionate Woman and the production has not resumed.
