Her cookbook will probably feature healthy recipes. Perhaps the cookbook will feature cocktail recipes too.
She is currently working on the book and states that it would cater to people who struggle with dieting. Her aim is to just make anything for a diet taste delicious.
Perhaps due to her strict eating habits, the star says not much has changed for her in the past two decades but insists she is feeling physically better now she is older.
“I can mix things together that are all very healthy, but you don’t feel like you’re depriving yourself in any way.” states Jennifer Aniston, forty six, who is a strong believer in her cooking skills.
Last month, she gave a preview of her typical meals when she took over the Instagram feed of her hair care line, Living Proof.
According to her, a perfect salad, consisting of Bulgar, cucumbers, parsley, mint, red onion, garbanzo beans, feta cheese and pistachios.
“Our generation knows what we should put in our bodies, and that we shouldn’t be trashcans putting all sorts of crap in there. We know all the benefits of eating organic fruits and clean foods. We learned that smoking and sugar are the enemy.” states the stunner.
When it comes to ageing gracefully, she definitely stands by her previous statement, wishing some of her famous friends would lay off injecting anything into their faces.
This is not her first time as she has published multiple cookbooks and has started a whole lifestyle company called Goop.
Well, whatever she’s doing seems to be working because she looks just as lovely as she always has.
