Elsa Pataky and Chris Hemsworth, have three children; two-year-old India and twins Sasha and Tristan, who are eight months.
“Chris has always said that being a friend of his partner is what matters most. Passion wanes with the years while friendship and trust can last forever. Nobody should be a better friend to your partner than you. I would give an Oscar to him for being a dad. Don’t get me wrong – Chris is an incredible actor! But when it comes to family life, I would give it to him for being a father.” Elsa Pataky stated in a leading British magazine.
Many would think having three kids under the age of three would be a lot to handle, but Chris Hemsworth and his wife aren’t finding things too hard. They make sure they are there for each other and take it one day at a time, although they know things will probably get trickier once their sons are older.
“At the moment the twins are pretty easy but I can’t begin to imagine what it’s going to be like when they get bigger – sometimes just trying to convince India to get into the car turns into an odyssey! Tristan and Sasha have very different personalities and they don’t look at all alike. One is like Chris and the other is like me. Our daughter India also really takes after Chris, so at least one takes after me!” stated the proud mother.
On his professional front, Chris Hemsworth will join fellow co-stars Robert Downey Jr. and Tom Hiddleston here in January 2015 to film new scenes for Avengers: Age of Ultron.
Chris Hemsworth is essaying the role of Thor, Downey Jr. that of he Iron Man and Tom Hiddleston will essay Loki. The actors have been asked to keep their schedules blank for two weeks in January 2015 to shoot extra scenes at London’s Pinewood Studios for the superhero sequel.
So the babies would miss their doting father as he would be away for quite a while.
