A Healthy Breakfast Is What Keeps Jennifer Aniston Fit

Jennifer Aniston said in a recent interview that she starts her day with a “solid breakfast” and a “good multivitamin” along with a calming meditation session, to stay fit and healthy.

Jennifer, who is currently 46 years old, is one of the fittest actresses in Hollywood. She shared that the secret to her fitness is a healthy and nutritious breakfast.

In an interview, she said, “I start everyday with a good, solid breakfast. I like to meditate every day for even just a few minute – it helps clear the mind. I take a good multivitamin every day as well.”

She also feels that keeping oneself hydrated is very essential to stay healthy. Aniston mentioned, “(You should) carry bottles of water with you everywhere you go. During the not-so-hot seasons in Los Angeles I keep a case of smartwater and smartwater sparkling in my car.”
