All the fans out there are super excited to see Sushant Singh Rajput collaborate with Bhumi Pednekar for Abhishek Chaubey’s film.
For those who don’t know yet, Abhishek Chaubey is the same director who made Ishqiya, Dedh Ishqiya and Udta Punjab.
And now we hear that his Sushant-Bhumi starrer will go on floors on January 10th 2018.
A source revealed:
“We are having script reading sessions for the whole team. Prep is on in full swing. The film is high on emotions and drama. There is a love story as well. We will start shoot from January 10, 2018.”
Apart from Sushant and Bhumi, Ashutosh Rana, Manoj Bajpayee and Ranvir Shorey are also a part of the film. The movie is set in the 1970s, in the Chambal belt which was famous for its dreaded dacoits.
The film, produced by Ronnie Screwvala, is the first collaboration between Abhishek Chaubey and Sushant Singh Rajput.
The movie will be shot in real locations of Morena and Bhind in Madhya Pradesh. They are set in the heartland of MP’s Chambal Valley. In the 1970s, they were notorious for the violence, thefts and gang wars.
The film will tentatively be titled Sone Chidiya. Before that it was titled as Chambal.
