Abhishek Bachchan was so happy that he took to the grounds and taught his wife Aishwarya Rai Bachchan the famous Snake Dance from his last movie Happy New Year.
Abhishek Bachchan even took to Twitter and shared an exclusive picture with his fans and tweeted, “Great win last night. Taught the Mrs. The Snakes Dance too. Lets Football.”
The Snake Dance got famous with Abhishek’s tapori character Nandu Bhide in Happy New Year.
“Sport is something I am very passionate about, and I always wanted to contribute to an Indian sport such as kabaddi. We had the inaugural season in August and, by the grace of God, my team, the Jaipur Pink Panthers, won. I am working on my football team, which is in the Indian Super League, Chennaiyin FC, which will keep me busy till the end of the year, after which I will resume shooting for my film All Is Well opposite Asin.” stated a visibly proud Abhishek Bachchan post the win.
During the day, Abhishek Bachchan accompanied Aishwarya Rai Bachchan for a store launch. Aishwarya who is the brand ambassador of Kalyan Jewellers inaugurated two of their showrooms during this visit.
Talking about the match, well the Chennaiyin FC produced a crushing performance to beat Pune City FC as they pipped Atletico de Kolkata to the top spot in the points table of the Indian Super League.
The Abhishek Bachchan and Mahendra Singh Dhoni co-owned team are on top having scored the most number of goals so far.
The hero of the match undoubtedly was young Balwant Singh, who was the key to two of the three goals scored by Chennaiyin FC and he repeatedly switched flanks to keep the Pune City FC players at bay.
