In terms of screen time he is the least as compared to both Jacqueline Fernandez and Arjun Rampal, but his killer smile and intense looks are more then enough for anyone and everyone go weak in their knees (young girls), skip a heart beat (women in general) or go red with envy (all the boys and men).
Coming to the other aspects of Sooraj Dooba Hain from Roy, well the song has Jacqueline Fernandez romancing both Ranbir Kapoor and Arjun Rampal. Both the actors seem smitten by Jacqueline Fernandez who wants them to loosen up and enjoy life with her.
With Arijit Singh and Aditi Singh Sharma’s voice, the peppy track is quite pleasing to the ear. The lyrics have been penned by Kumaar and the music was composed by Amaal Mallik.
The story is based on a heist in Malaysia, planned by Roy (Ranbir Kapoor) for a painting worth 120 billion dollars. Arjun Rampal plays the role of a writer- filmmaker, Kabir Grewal while Jacqueline Fernandez essays Ayesha and Tia, the common love interest of both Kabir and Roy.
Ranbir Kapoor, who has an extended cameo in Roy, is apparently not too happy by the makers of the film giving him prominence in the promotional posters.
According to a reports, the first look of Roy has not gone down well with Ranbir. Sources close to the actor have stated that, the actor, who has a short role in the film, is unhappy with the film being promoted as a regular Ranbir Kapoor starrer film.
Industry insiders suggest that Ranbir has decided not to promote the film. “Roy is essentially an Arjun Rampal and Jacqueline Fernandez film but the way it is being projected it is giving Ranbir unwanted prominence in the posters, something that he is not too happy about.” stated the source close to the actor.
Roy is a psychological thriller directed by Vikramjit Singh and is up for release on February 13, 2015.
