The students had come to Mumbai to meet some public figures who have done well in their careers and are role models to many. Shah Rukh Khan was at the top of their wish list.
As much as the students were excited to meet him, Shah Rukh himself hoped to learn more than what the students could learn from him.
Shah Rukh Khan is one of the biggest stars all across the globe and is the second richest actor in the world. Many in the film industry say that Shah Rukh markets his film with new strategies and so he is highly successful.
“I don’t have a speech prepared and I won’t be able to tell you about business. But yes, I can share with you the frailties that I have as a person. Because no matter how successful you are and no matter how much money you have, your frailties always remain with you. Frailties or failures need to be celebrated. One should never fear them, but should learn from them. And you will only learn from them and not fear them when you have the feeling that you have nothing to lose. I always like to go back to that feeling.” stated Shah Rukh Khan who is currently on a high post the humongous success of Happy New Year.
Shah Rukh also answered questions about success, his domestic T20 franchise and shared the fact that he only does business in an area he is passionate about.
He further added that he is passionate about films, kids and cricket. He spoke about his upcoming movie, Fan which is being directed by Maneesh Sharma and also stars Ileana D’Cruz and Vaani Kapoor.
Post the secession with the students of the Stanford University, Shah Rukh watched his daughter Suhana perform on stage.
