The family has booked the Taj Falaknuma for two days and made preparations to avoid any gatecrashing, which is costing them a whopping Rs 2 crore.
While Salman Khan is sending invites to his closest friends in the film fraternity and beyond, we came across a few shots of Arpita’s wedding card. The wedding card looks pretty and was sent across with sumptuous dates.
The card looks elegant in white, gold and pink. The design is floral and has a beautiful emboss of gold on it’s cover.
The details of the wedding functions are embossed on a gold sheet with multi-color borders. There is however one particular leaf which has the event details listed on a gold plaque against a white backdrop. Earlier there were rumours that the entire wedding card will be gold-plated.
However, Arpita Khan had dismissed rumours on micro blogging site Twitter that her wedding card will not be gold plated.
“People and their rumours, my wedding card is rather simple there no gold plating or any such fuss to it. I would appreciate it if people let us celebrate the occasion according to what we like not according to the extravagance they expect.” wrote Arpita on Twitter.
Aayush Sharma, the groom to be is the son of a businessman from New Delhi. Interestingly, the duo is planning to stay in Mumbai after the wedding as Aayush wants to make a mark in Bollywood.
Arpita and Aayush met through common friends and have been going out since 2013. The families agreed to their union and they were set to tie the knot in early 2015. However, the wedding was brought forward by a few months only recently.
Arpita and Ayush are all set to marry on November 18, 2014 at Hyderabad’s royal Taj Falaknuma. A lavish star-studded wedding reception will be held in Mumbai on November 21, 2014.
