As the trailer of Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor starrer Stree is being loved by all, it is safe to say that it is one of the most anticipated films of 2018.
The genre of the film is horror-comedy, so it has been the talk of the town because of its intrigue factor and of course, Rajkummar Rao’s performance.
We got a chance to talk to the cast of the film and Rajkummar Rao, being his humble self-shared a lot about himself and his character.
When asked that if he believes in ghosts or paranormal activities or not, he said:
“When I was a child I definitely used to get scared and think that someone is behind my closet or outside the door.”
He further shared about an incident on the set which really creeped us all!
“So we were shooting in Bhopal, when I entered the hotel room we got a strict set of rules and regulations that you can’t wear perfumes and the girls can’t open their hair in the night and we were shooting night like 2:30 am and there was definitely some sort of eerieness in the environment. And once our lightman suddenly fell down from 3rd floor and he claims that somebody pushed him… ”
He further added:
“I don’t try to believe in ghosts (laughs), but when such things happen you tend to start believing in such things.”
Well, we are happy that you survived that horror city and had a nice time at the shoot, Rajkummar!
Stree also stars Aparshakti Khurrana, Abhishek Banerjee, and Pankaj Tripathi. The film is directed by Amar Kaushik and produced by Dinesh Vijan.
