Titoo MBA is all about a small town stud, Takhat Singh Gill or Titoo as he is lovingly called (Nishant Dahiya) and his wife Gulshan (Pragya Jaiswal). Titoo dreams of making it big so that he can have loads of money.
Titoo’s mom urges him to get a career and get married while his dad is supportive of whatever he does, as long as it is honest. So Titoo opens a liquor store, but the women of the area have an issue. Next, he tries working in a lingerie store, but is slapped and sacked when he accidentally tries feel a costumer while measuring her bra size. That’s so sick and below the belt.
Meanwhile, Gulshan is a hockey loving tomboy who would rather display her skills with a hockey stick on the field rather than with a belan, rolling out warm rotis in a kitchen. Gulshan meets Titoo and falls in love, something that so lame and illogical.
Anyways, marriage happens and Titoo tries all that he can to earn money but fails, until he hits the jackpot as a gigolo, living a sort of double life that he keeps hidden from his wife. All is well until Gulshan finds out about this.
Now this is such a cheap version of the cult film Vicky Donor.
If so much of crassness was not enough, we see Gulshan’s longtime friend and admirer, Shanty (Abhishek Kumar) who is devastated when she gets married to Titoo. He still has the hots for her and even goes to visit a local godman to find out how he can get her back. So obsessed is he with her that he has even saved the chewing gum that Gulshan had chewed and spat out years ago. Sick as hell.
Coming to the star cast, Pragya Jaiswal who plays Gulshan has a good screen presence, while Abhishek Sharma is just about convenient as Shanty. Nishant Dahiya as Titoo, is over the top and unbearable even when naked.
The writers (Puja Ballutia, Manoj Sabharwal and Amit Vats) get the characterization and small town setting right but it’s the performances and execution that falls flat and the credit should do to Amit Vats for this one.
What’s annoying are the long drawn flashbacks that just go on and on and forces you to take breaks as often one can during the movie.
However the highlight of Titoo MBA is the music by Arjuna Harjai. He needs a pat on his back for some foot tapping tracks.
All in all, Titoo MBA is an attempt to sell sex and even an almost naked Nishant Dahiya fails to attract any attention.
Oh God please save us from the torture of watching such crass.
It's crass, it's below the belt and it's laced with loads of sexual undertones; well we are talking about Nishant Dahiya starrer Titoo MBA. Titoo M...1.0
