Ayushmann Khurrana has got is soaring high on the success of his last films Andhadhun and Badhaai Ho. The actor is now all set for his movie project, Article 15, directed by Anubhav Sinha. According to a source, this movie will have an angry rap anthem.
Director Anubhav Sinha said that an anthem will express the words that young adults feel should be done in the country. Reports suggest the rap will be performed by some youngsters and rapper SpitFire from Madhya Pradesh has been suggested. There will be female rapper featuring in the video as well. Ayushmann Khurrana won’t be rapping in the video but will be part of the rap video.
The film deals with a social issue and what makes it even more interesting as Ayushmann emerges as a heroic figure in the storyline by essaying the lead role of a cop. During the series of investigations in the film, Ayushmann is seen unravelling the ugly truths associated with social discrimination.
Article 15 is set to get a world premiere at the tenth edition of the London Indian Film Festival. The film will be screened at its opening night.
Apart from Ayushmann, the film also stars Isha Talwar, M Nassar, Manoj Pahwa, Sayani Gupta, Kumud Mishra and Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub. Directed by Anubhav Sinha and produced by Benaras Media works and Zee Studios, the film is all set to release on June 27 this year.
